Instructor: Julie Haymaker
Julie graduated with a degree in Illustration from Kendall School of Design in Michigan . She moved to Kansas City and worked for Hallmark Cards as a greeting card designer . After 10 years with Hallmark she pursued her dream and moved to Santa Fe, New Mexico where she became a freelance artist and had gallery representation for her one of a kind pieces of art . Wander lust and desire hit again and she headed to California to study fine metal smithing and ceramics at California College of Arts and Crafts. Using her variety of skills Julie has created her own mixed media style, and has been working in this area for the past 10 years. She also teaches, thus sharing her passion with others

In this class you will take shrink plastic and create formed flowers and leaves using special molds created just for this purpose .Theses floral beads will then be wire warrrepd into beaded dangles and attached to a charm type necklace , creating a romantic waterfall drape in a luscious spring palette.

Special Notes or requirements: You may want to bring you own set of pliers to this class- Round Nose , Chain nose and Wire Clippers . How ever plier set will be provided.
