Instructor: Jeannine M. Mankins
Has been teaching beading and wire classes for the better part of 16 years in Sacramento, California and in the surrounding area bead stores. Jeannine has also been fortunate enough to teach at Bead Fest Philadelphia, Arlington, Tacoma, Santa Fe and the Bay Area Bead Extravaganza in Oakland, California. Jeannine has been a lifelong crafter, loves the creative process and inspiring others to find their way through it. “There is nothing more gratifying then handing several different people the same materials and instructions and see the different creations they come up with. I also love helping them through challenges that arise and watching them gain confidence in skills which may have created frustration previously. It's what drives me to create new designs and in turn, teach those designs to others.”

Stacking multiple bracelets is a fashion statement that has come and gone over the years and is very IN fashion right now. In this class you will make an original cuff style bracelet that is easily stackable, and is filled with an intricate woven pattern that has a very textural look and feel. This is a great beginner class if you want to learn the basics of wire weaving. Students must bring their own tools to include: Round Nose Pliers, Chain Nose Pliers, and Wire Cutters. Nylon Jaw Pliers are optional.
