Instructor: Art Clay Senior Instructor Cathy “Cat” Burton
Cathy Burton has been involved in art pretty much her whole life. An introduction to beading led to other mediums including, wire wrapping & crochet, chainmail, and oh so many more. In 2008 she found her passion in metal clay, became a Certified Art Clay Silver Senior Instructor, as well as a PMC Connections Level 2.

You will learn a technique to create flowers that look like they’ve been piped on the way professional bakers do on cakes and cookies. Learn to turn squiggles into flowers, add vines, create leaves, and create ferns with a newly created technique. Add a hidden bail on the back and you will have a wearable garden that will attract oohs and ahhhs and “how did you do that?” from all your friends. Metal clay experience is required. Project will be finished in class. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
