Senior Art Clay Instructor and owner of Art Clay World, USA. In 2000, Jackie saw a demonstration on Art Clay Silver and has never looked back. In 2002, she acquired the rights as exclusive, North American distributor of Art Clay products. Her books, “Art Clay Silver and Gold: 18 Projects to Make in One Day,” and "Metal Clay: The Complete Guide," are sold internationally in English and French. In 2013 Jackie also received her Graduate Gemologist degree from GIA.

Fees: $185 » includes kit fee (Art Clay silver, wood form, beads, findings and wire for finishing) use of tools, kilns and materials.

Beginning with Master Art Clay Instructor, Jackie Truty, students will use a premade core of wood clay to design a solid silver Temple Bell. Roll out the clay and then overlap small pieces to develop your design. After firing, you will finish the piece and have a one hour lunch break. After lunch students will work with Master Wire Jewelry Instructor , Dale Cougar Armstrong, to turn the bell into a pendant and then create matching earrings, Using sterling silver chain, wire and a choice of garnet, amethyst or jade gemstone beads, students will personalize their Trio of Solid Silver Temple Bells and wear them out of class.
