Marina Del Rey Bead & Design Show
New location! The Santa Monica Bead & Design Show is now located in Marina Del Rey. The show promotes renowned artists, whose handcraft skills have been passed down for generations, as well as emerging artisans. Explore traditional materials and designs, which integrate textures, shapes, and colors to make beads, jewelry, glass art, findings, gemstones, lapidary, collectibles, ethnographic art, hand tooled leather, jewelry supplies, art clothing, and accessories.
Exhibitors are carefully chosen by invitation and juried application to include traditional and contemporary artisans, high-quality merchants, and wholesale suppliers. See the exhibitor list.
Workshops, demos, and classes are offered daily at all skill levels, taught by leading designers and craftspeople.

Location and Parking
Just minutes from Santa Monica and Culver City, overlooking Mother's Beach, this boutique hotel offers a location that is a perfect balance of relaxation and accessibility. Indulge in craft cocktails at the Sinder bar and outdoor patio, and experience a curated meal in the restaurant with views of the marina and Pacific Ocean.

Parking: $8. Park at Mother's Beach across the street for $1.50/hr, $6 max on Fri, $8 max on Sat-Sun. Valet parking at the Marriott also available for discounted rate of $22.

Since 1992, Bead & Design shows have promoted a wide diversity of exhibitors, with 3,500+ artisans and tradespeople having traveled from 50 countries to come together and exhibit their work. Bead & Design attendees are numbered in the hundreds of thousands, and growing.
Each Bead & Design show offers a dynamic business opportunity for artists, designers, merchants, and suppliers. Early reservation is important because exhibit space is booked in advance.
