A beader since childhood and a college professor by trade, Michelle has brought her teaching expertise to the torch at String Bead in Chico. A curious person by nature, Michelle’s passion for mixed media, metal clays and the torch is only rivaled by her love for sharing it with others. Come meet Michelle as she imparts knowledge and provides practice in an art form that she loves

This is an in-depth class that will equip you for using soldering torches. Once you understand the soldering process, good torch control, and the proper steps, soldering is a lot of fun. This introductory class focuses on getting you started on the right path, so you can confidently work and troubleshoot on your own. The earrings and necklace will be provided with the class fee in copper, brass, bronze, or nickel. All skill levels are welcome. All tools are provided. Your seat in the class is secured when the class is paid for.
