Although this design may look complicated it can be done by those with little or no wire wrapping experience. Beginners and accomplished wire workers will both enjoy this project. This dazzling pendant looks far more complicated than it actually is. You will use both 14K GF and sterling silver wire to wrap a wonderful fire ammonite fossil. Not only will you learn to create a bezel to hold the ammonite, you will also learn how to decoratively add 14K GF beads to enhance your design. In the future you can use the basics learned here to make a wide variety of designs. Learn about wire temper, wire gauges, and wire shapes as well as tools. You will learn how to measure enough wire and how to bind your bundle of wire. All tools and materials will be provided during the workshop so all you need to bring is a willingness to learn! For those of you needing vision assistance you might consider bringing some sort of magnification devise. For more information and to sign up for the workshop email Merilou at or call 951.634.4302.
