Workshop List

This is an introductory, in depth class where you will learn the basics of using Art Clay Silver (Fine Silver .999). I have been teaching this class for over 8 years now and to date over 300+ students have learned all about the wonders of Metal Clay! You will create several pieces (anywhere from 4 to 7 dependent on the size) and actually torch fire them yourself (you will torch fire 1-2 pieces depending on progress of class) in class, the rest of the pieces will be put into the kiln to be fired! This is an amazing medium which allows you to manipulate malleable Fine Silver into an array of shapes and designs. I provide you with a variety of textures and templates to use to create your unique pieces! You will go home with several beautiful jewelry pieces...pendants, earrings, etc...that YOU made! This class is limited to 6 students, so you will all receive my individual attention. All tools are provided for use in class. 20g of Art Clay Fine Silver is also included in the price... Nothing to bring but yourself! This is an all day class from 9a-4p, and we do break for lunch, length of which will be determined by progress of the class. Previous torch experience is helpful but not required to successfully complete this class.
